have jailbroken my iphone 3gs using redsnow and am now on firmware 06.15.00 and version 4.2.1. i have searched in cydia for ultrasnow and when i install this to my phone and then reboot the phone i now get either no service or vodafone with no signal bars. vodafone is the network i wish to use with the phone and when i go into setting and try to change network to vodafone it says network not supported which seems a bit strange as the word vodafone is in the corner of the screen. i have tried launching redsnow again but only ticking install cydia as i already have the baseband i need, but still nothing. i have turned of 3g. also every now and then i get a message pop up saying waiting for activation and i have the choice to dismiss. any ideas whats happening. thanks

Apps downloads to surge to 77 billion by 2014
The mobile apps market is set to explode, with downloads expected to surge to 76.9 billion by 2014, according to analyst firm IDC. Apps downloads reached 10.9 billion worldwide in 2010, with approximately 300,000 mobile apps introduced by developers over the past three years. From 2011, mobile apps will expand onto other devices, such as connected TVs and the general connected home, IDC said. Meanwhile, worldwide mobile apps revenues will surpass $35bn in 2014, IDC predicted.
The company said the catalyst for growth is the ‘application’ of interactions and functions in both the physical and the digital worlds.
IDC mobile and wireless research vice president Scott Ellison said: ‘The extension of mobile apps to every aspect of our personal and business lives will be one of the hallmarks of the new decade with enormous opportunities for virtually every business sector.’

What’s Is The Problem With My Iphone/itunes?
I tried to sync my iPhone library and my iTunes library on my computer, and it deleted a bunch of albums that I bought off iTunes on my phone. The first time I synced them, it worked perfectly and the albums from my phone transfered to my iTunes library without a problem, but the last couple times, several albums have been erased from my phone when I’ve been trying to sync them up. What is the problem? What am I doing wrong? How do I get the albums from my phone into my iTunes library on my computer? Is there anyway to get back the albums I lost?
